溫隆信，活躍於國內外的作曲家、樂團創辦人、畫家。1944 年 3 月 7 日出生於臺北市。代表作有《現象系列》、《Digital 的世界》、《布袋戲的幻想A,B》。曾獲荷蘭高地慕司國際現代音樂作曲比賽第二獎，為臺灣光復後國際音樂大賽得獎的第一人；也曾獲得十大傑出青年金手獎、第 3 屆吳三連文藝作曲獎章、第 21 屆全國文藝獎章等榮譽。賦音樂團、晶音唱片公司、美國洛杉磯柝之響室內管絃樂團 (Clap & Tap Chamber Orchestra) 創辦人。
WEN Lung-Hsin (WEN Long-Xin; a. k. a. David L. WEN) is an active composer in Taiwan and abroad, formed music organizations and is a painter. He was born in Taipei on March 7, 1944. His representative pieces include ""Phenomena Series"", ""Digital World"", and ""Budaixi Fantasy A, B"". Wen won second prize in the Gaudeamus International Composers Award, making him the first Taiwanese composer to win an international award after WWII. Wen also won gold medal in the Top 10 Outstanding Young Composers Awards, the Wu Sanlian Culture and Arts Awards for composition, and the National Culture and Arts Medal. Wen formed the Fuyin Orchestra, Jing Records and Clap and Tap Chamber Orchestra in Los Angeles, California.
