民國82-85年即向黃塗山藝師學習，104年通過竹編檢定，後跟隨李榮烈藝師習藝，並於113年自「重要傳統工藝竹工藝籃胎漆器-李榮烈傳習計畫」結業。作品榮獲台灣工藝設計競賽入選、磺溪美展工藝類優選等獎項，並於法國、西班牙及德國等地展出。
Shih studied under Master Huan Tu-Shan from 1993 to 1996 and passed the Bamboo Weaving Evaluation in 2015. She later apprenticed under Master Li Rong-Lie and completed the Traditional Bamboo-Body Lacquering - Li Rong-Lie successor program in 2024. Shih’s works has won accolades such as being selected to the Taiwan Craft Competition and earning an Excellence selection in the crafts category in the Huang Si Art Exhibition. Shih’s works have been exhibited in countries such as France, Spain, and Germany.
