booked 7 days in advance when booking online. Tour guides, audio tour guides,
exhibition center visits and multi-media presentations are all free of charge.
However, you will have to pay an additional fee if you would like to use the
water bus service or take part in our DIY courses.

We provide services such as tour bookings, broadcasting,
enquiries about programs and performance times, announcements of onsite
meetings, lost property services, pram and wheelchair rental and other
consultation such as information on accommodation and train/bus timetables.

Medical Help

We have qualified nurses to provide basic medical assistance and treatment
including emergency treatment of external wounds and burns, treatment of
sprains, bandaging services, hospital transfers as well as drinking water
supplies.

Baby Changing Room

Baby nappies and napkins are provided in the baby changing room.
|

Cash Withdrawals

Automatic teller machines are available in the center.

Safety Deposit Area

The Safety Deposit Area is located at the information desk. You
can store all your valuable items here and feel assured that they will be
properly looked after (There is an additional fee for this service).

Conference Center

The Conference Center is an excellent space which can be used for multiple
purposes such as research, education, training and accommodation. There are
three different sized rooms (small, medium and large) for different kinds of
conferences. There are big screen monitors as well as other basic audiovisual
educational equipment in all rooms. |
